Got a new boiler installed after old one was coming to the end of it's life.

I'm impressed with how quickly he came out and seen us multiple times at short notice during the recent heavy snow. Always responded to digital communications very quickly. Very efficient and straight to the point worker.

Does a good job at explaining the technical issues in terms those unfamiliar with gas and heating etc may not be experienced with.

Very fair transparent pricing and obviously take pride in their work.

Old boiler broke and despite having home emegency cover through my house insurance couldn't be reliably fixed leaving us very cold over several days. we contacted Premier Gas re a new boiler, they came and gave me a competative quote the same day and fitted the boiler the day after. They turned up dead on time and completed all the work within hours. We are very happy and grateful.
